Collaboration & Process

Yes. Many of our clients are expats or investors who are not permanently on site. We take over the full coordination and keep you informed with regular status reports and on-site checks.
A renovation typically takes 5 to 8 months; a new build, 12 to 15 months. The reason lies in the bespoke manufacturing: a kitchen, for instance, is measured on site after the shell is built and, depending on the finish, can require over 500 hours of production, plus transport and installation. The same applies to windows and doors, which are made individually.

Bespoke kitchens — each one unique — appliances, bathrooms, parquet, entrance and interior doors, windows (sliding, tilt-and-turn and casement systems) with various glazing options, and garage doors. All customized to your requirements, with complete import and logistics handling.
Exclusively high-end brands, including Miele, Gaggenau, Liebherr, V-ZUG, Poggenpohl, Hörmann, Kneer-Süd Fenster, Admonter, Bauwerk Parquet, Grohe, Villeroy & Boch, Geberit, Devon & Devon and Hüppe. Built-in and walk-in wardrobes as well as entrance areas are made to measure from fine materials such as solid wood or Egger decorative board.

Installation is generally carried out by qualified specialists from the respective manufacturer. They travel from Europe so that the assembly runs smoothly and the quality is guaranteed.
